What if I want to book your services for longer than your website will let me?

What if I want to schedule your services in less than 14 days?

Our schedule is blocked 14 days in advance on our website. Please reach out to us immediately with your event details by phone call, text message, or email to check our availability!

What if I would like to schedule your services for a holiday?

On holidays, our service rates will be doubled to accommodate increased demand and operational costs. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you, 36T Event Services

Can I add a half hour to my booking?

2 hours is our minimum for a booking However, you do have the option to add a half or quarter hour to your booking. Please reach out to us if you would like to do so!

What is your idle time policy?

If you need us to arrive early in order to set up before our booking time, Idle time will be billed at $55 per hour in addition to your minimum booking of 2 hours. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about this.

What is a last minute booking?

Any booking less than 14 days in advance is considered a last minute booking.

Is there a fee for last minute bookings?

There is a $100 fee for last minute bookings. Depending upon the circumstances, we may be able to waive the fee for you.

When is payment due for a last minute booking?

Last minute bookings will require payment to be made in FULL at the time of booking. The rental amount plus the $100 late booking fee shall be considered payment in full. If payment is not submitted, the event is not booked.

What is the minimum amount of hours required to rent the 360 Video Booth?

The minimum amount of hours required to rent the 360 Video Booth is 2.

What amount of space is needed for the 360 Video Booth?

Our 360 Video Booth needs a 10x10(similar to the size of a canopy tent) space in order to operate!
